Hi. We’re Oops Logic — creators of Practical Checklists and How-To’s for Fun (a.k.a. the most fun you’ll ever have being organized). We love doodles, coffee stains on notebooks, and making lists that actually make sense. And yes, sometimes our lists include things like “1. Buy cheese. 2. Regret not buying crackers. 3. Buy crackers tomorrow.”

But here’s another list: your privacy.

We take it seriously. Like, seriously seriously. Like the way we guard the last slice of pizza at game night. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and why we will never sell your info to some guy named Carl who wants to spam you about socks.

  • With Shopify (our tech sidekick). They handle the “serious business” so we can doodle checklists.
  • With delivery folks (the real MVPs who get checklists to your door).
  • With marketing partners (sometimes you’ll see an ad reminding you to finish buying that checklist sitting in your cart since Tuesday).

We don’t sell your info. Not even to Carl.

Depending on where you live, you might have the right to:

  • Ask us to fix it (we like fixing things).
  • Opt out of ads (we’ll miss you, but we get it).
